This pendant is custom made by Alan Friedman and crafted in 14kt rose gold, yellow gold, and sterling silver. The nuclear radiation symbol is made out of diamonds and sapphires making this tribute piece of jewelry very unique. The necklace contains 92 pink sapphires equaling 0.61 carats total weight, 92 yellow sapphires equaling 0.81 carats total weight, and 46 black diamonds equaling 0.42 carats total weight.
